Sun Ha Long hotel

The room was good and clean. There's enough storage room for all things you need. The hotel provides water bottles daily and there a kettle as well. The staff at the reception was very helpful and helped us organize a boat tour, but not all went as expected.

I enjoyed taking a boat tour to the islands. The islands are really worth seeing.

Our room was spacious, beautiful and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. We had a relaxing stay there.

The staffs are kind and take care of our hassle requests. Actually little bit far from the port of Halong bay,but we could see Cau bai chay bridge on the way to the hotel, it was illustrated so beautiful.

Staff hospitality is commendable.
